Introducing Groups: Tailored Reporting for Your RevOps Teams!

Groups prioritizes empowering every member of your organization with the precise insights they need to excel in their role, without the noise and clutter of irrelevant reports.

What are Groups?

Groups empower your organization’s Admins to organize users across CaliberMind Roles and are fully customizable to meet your organization’s structure. This allows you to move beyond a one-size-fits-all approach and precisely control your reporting environment. For example, your Sales team can focus on their pipeline reports, your Marketing team on campaign performance, and your Customer Success team on retention metrics.

Within the Built-to-Scale framework, you can use Groups to assign access to two key components:

  • Dashboards: Assign a specific Group to a single, relevant dashboard.

Key Benefits of Groups

Curated Reporting Experience:

The combination of Groups and Collections allows you to deploy truly role-based reporting. You can create a custom dashboard for a content marketer that shows content metrics tied to pipeline, and another for a BDR that shows outreach activity tied to opportunities. Then, you can place these dashboards into a “Marketing Team” Collection and use Groups to ensure only the right people see them.

Enterprise-Grade Data Security & Governance

By associating Groups or Roles with Dashboards and Collections, you can effectively partition your reporting. This is crucial for safeguarding sensitive, executive-level information and ensuring it’s only accessible to those who need it.

Granular Access Control

Groups are part of a comprehensive solution for managing report visibility. In conjunction with our existing Filter Sets and Filter Access Control, you can now dictate not only who sees which report, but also which filters are available for editing and which are locked down completely, ensuring data integrity.

Unlock a Smarter Way to Report

With Groups, you gain the power to truly segment your reporting, reduce noise, and boost productivity across your RevOps functions. This feature is a cornerstone of the Built-to-Scale architecture, empowering your teams with the right data at the right time, securely and efficiently.
