You can now use your Engagement Scoring to configure a Funnel in mere minutes.
We track Engagement Scoring on a daily basis so that you can see Accounts as they are surging and moving from one Engagement Level into the next. Your ABX Funnel will update based on this Engagement Level movement.
By default, a journey will remain in the furthest stage it has reached until exit criteria has been reached. If you want journeys to end when an Account moves to a lower Engagement Level, you can create that logic in the stage’s Exit Criteria. To complete the Funnel just add the Opportunity related stages your organization uses in your CRM. Below you can find the steps to configure the ABX Funnel.
- From the Funnel Listing click the green plus button to add a new Funnel:
- Enter the Funnel Name, select Company as the Type and the Engagement Template:
- The first 4 stages will be pre-populated and will track accounts as they enter the organization configured Engagement Levels. You have the option to create Inactivity Timeouts or Early Exit Criteria. Both of these allow you to create rules which will terminate Funnel Journeys as this logic is met.
- To add your Opportunity Stages click the “Add Stage” Button below the last configured stage:
- You can create Funnel Stages to represent the various Opportunity Stages from your CRM, here are some examples of what that could look like:
