Scoring can help in understanding and tracking engagement, but first we need to understand the default scoring logic applied in CaliberMind.
Overview
- Pulling person, company, and related event information to score a variety of events that have occurred to help understand engagement
- Scoring is determined using the weights and accelerators below (e.g. when an event type of ‘Meeting’ and Event Class does not start with ‘Opp’ where the event occurs with a CXO, it would gain 5 points x 2 points (for job level of CXO)
- Multiple lookback options for events: 30, 60, 90, 180, and 365 days
- All interesting events such as Email Clicks, Outreach Responses, and webpage visits are flagged in CaliberMind as Inbound out of the box. So by default would get 1 point based on the below logic.**
