Funnel Overview – Journeys Tab
You can find detailed Funnel Journey information on the Funnels Journey Tab. Additionally, you can access by clicking on the numbers of Journeys in the rest of the Funnels Dashboard. Soon you will be able to see the 350 Journeys that reached the MQL stage last month by clicking the link to the Journeys report. Behind the scenes, the Dashboard will be passing along the currently applied filters to show you the Journeys behind the numbers.
Journey Starts Over Time
This chart’s name is reliant on the user’s selection of Chart Measure. This selection determines which chart measure is on display. Our default example shows you the journey starts that occurred during the selected Date Period.
- This title is dynamic based on your Chart Measure selection
- The x-axis shows the time period
- The y-axis shows the count associated with your Chart Measure selection
Journey Details
This chart shows you which journeys exist based on your filter selections. When linked to this page, this is where you can see the journeys associated with the metrics you’ve selected. You can link to these specific journeys to see all of their details.
- Journey Detail – the widget title
- Journey Start Date – shows the date/time of when the journey began
- Company Name – this column is dynamic based on the Funnel selected, it will show either Company Name, Person Name or Opportunity Name
- Current Stage – shows the the current stage of the journey
- Company Owner – this column is dynamic based on the Funnel selected and shows you the owner of the opportunity
- Associated Pipeline – shows you the pipeline associated with the journey
