Create a Custom Campaign
Often, customers need to mark certain events with a Custom Campaign that is not included in the system of record. For this reason, custom campaigns were created. A Custom Program can also be assigned to these campaigns via the Program Logic section.

Here’s how to create a custom campaign:
- Navigate to the Admin area by clicking the ‘Settings’ icon from the left-hand navigation
- Expand the ‘Campaigns’ menu item and select ‘Custom Campaigns’
- Add a new Custom Campaign by clicking the gray ‘plus’ button in the top right corner
- Fill in the required fields for the new Custom Campaign
