Identifying Opportunities that are at risk due to low engagement

This article will walk you through the steps needed to create a List of Opportunities that are associated with low engagement accounts. This List can be used to inform Sales of the health of their Opportunities. It can also be used in reports across CaliberMind to help further evaluate these Opportunities and Accounts.

Creating the List

Create a List by clicking on the List icon in the Navigation pane

Next, click the Create List icon in the top right to create a new List

We are going to create a Standard Opportunity List. The List will be dynamic and update as opportunity data changes. Name your List and provide a helpful description.

Applying the List Logic

You are now on the List Filter page. We are going to apply the following logic to build out our list:

  1. account_engagement is in list 0 – No Engagement, 1 – Low
  2. won_lost_open equals open

This will filter our Opportunity data set to only Open Opportunities associated with a Company that has No or Low Engagement.

Feel free to Test your list to verify it returns results. And be sure to Save your List before moving on.

Using your new List

You now have a List that will grab all Opportunities associated to Companies that have low engagement levels.

You will now be able to select this List as an Opportunity List in any CaliberMind Analytics report.

You can also download this List and share it with your Sales team by selecting the three dots next to the List name and Downloading the List from there.

If you need help setting up your List, please submit a support request to CaliberMind support!
