Introduction
The Connectors Usage Report provides comprehensive monitoring and anomaly detection for all active connectors. This report is essential for maintaining data integrity and observing usage trends.
To access the report, navigate to: Settings > Connectors > Usage
Applications of the Report
By leveraging the insights from the Connectors Usage Report, your organization can proactively identify and address potential data issues. The report offers a detailed analysis of your Monthly Active Rows (MAR) consumption.
Key Metrics
The top of the report features a dashboard with key metrics, offering an at-a-glance view of your organization’s MAR usage and connector health.
- Current Usage Visualization: This graph displays the proportion of Monthly Active Rows (MAR) consumed to date against your organization’s total monthly allocation.
- Current Usage: The total volume of MAR your organization has utilized within the current month.
- Planned Usage: The maximum volume of MAR your organization is allocated per month as per your service agreement.
- Monthly Average: The average MAR consumption for your organization, calculated based on the preceding 90 days.
- 90-Day Total: The cumulative MAR consumed by your organization over the last 90 days.
Summary tab
This tab provides a high-level overview of data consumption across different platforms.
- Data Usage by Platform Over Time: A bar chart illustrating the monthly MAR consumption, segmented by individual connectors.
- Monthly Usage Details: A detailed table itemizing MAR usage for each connector on a month-by-month basis.
Month to Date tab
This section focuses on real-time and projected usage for the current calendar month.
This view presents the cumulative MAR used in the current month, alongside a projection of total MAR by the end of the month.
Detail tab
This tab allows for a granular analysis of specific connectors and their associated tables. Users can select one or more connectors to populate the following reports:
- Data Usage by Table Over Time: A bar chart that displays the total MAR used per month, segmented by individual tables within the selected connector(s).
- Monthly Usage Details: A table that provides a detailed breakdown of MAR consumption for each table, organized by month.
