CaliberMind unifies your marketing data — Buyer Journeys, Attribution, Pipeline, Campaign Performance — into one place. The MCP integration brings that data directly into Claude, so you can ask questions in plain English and get real answers from your actual data.

What you can ask Claude once connected
“Which campaigns generated the most pipeline last quarter, and what was the cost per opportunity?”
“Show me the full buyer journey for our largest open opportunity.”
“Which accounts are in the MQA stage but have no open opportunity yet?”
“What is our multi-touch attribution revenue breakdown by channel for this fiscal year?”
“Show me which deals in our funnel are stalling between MQL and SQL, and which campaigns touched them.”
The data available to Claude
Campaigns – Companies – Opportunities – People – Events – Attribution – Engagement Scoring – Funnel Journeys
CaliberMind solves the hardest problem in B2B marketing — proving revenue impact when your data is fragmented across your CRM, MAP, ad platforms, and website. It unifies all of that into a clean, attributed data model: who touched what, when, and how much revenue they influenced.
The MCP Server makes that data conversational. Instead of logging into a dashboard, writing SQL by hand, or filing a request with your data team, just ask Claude. The integration gives Claude five distinct capabilities:
Execute Query lets Claude write and run SQL directly against your CaliberMind BigQuery instance — campaigns, opportunities, attribution records, funnel stages, all of it.
The Semantic Schema tool means Claude understands what every column actually means (e.g., marketing_revenue_eligible, pre_opp, touch_score_weighted) so it writes accurate queries without you explaining the data model every time.
Get Buyer Journey is the standout: ask Claude to pull the complete journey for any account — buyer group composition, every marketing touch in chronological order, what moved them through each funnel stage — and it returns a narrative + timeline in seconds.
Get Table Schema gives Claude the raw structure of any specific table when it needs to go deeper.
And Export Query handles large datasets up to a million rows when you need to pull a segment for a board deck or share with a stakeholder.
The bottom line: CaliberMind answers the question “is marketing working?” The MCP Server answers that question in your Claude conversation, on demand, in plain English.

Providing Team Users Access
By default, users with the Admin Role have access to the MCP Server. To provide access to other members of your organization you’ll need to create Custom Roles (click the link to learn more) to support the level of access needed. When providing access via a Custom Role, once you assign this Role to a user they will be able to setup access to the CaliberMind MCP Server if the admin has already configure it. For those users they will follow an abbreviated setup process.
- Click Settings in the Chat or Co-work
- You should see the CaliberMind Connector under the not connected section, click the Connector Name and then the Connect button
- You will be taken to the CaliberMind App login screen to be authorized using Auth0
- When successfully connected you’ll find yourself back at the Connectors screen in Claude and see your Custom connector
Troubleshooting:
If you’re unable to see the Settings where you can add a new Connector you might not be an Admin for your Claude Organization.
If you can see the Settings where you can add a new Connector but you can’t add a second connector, you might be on a free organization plan which only allows a single free Connector.
If you’re unable to login to your CaliberMind account, try to login normally (at my.calibermind.com) and see if you can login. If you can, please reach out to your CS representative. If you can’t you might not have a role with MCP Server access, reach out to your internal CaliberMind admin.
