Supercharge Your BI: Analyze the Why Behind Your Marketing Data
Your BI tool is a powerhouse for numbers. It can chart every touchpoint, track every score change, and dashboard every KPI flawlessly. You have the what, the when, and the who.
But your dashboards have a blind spot. They can’t tell you the why.
Why did one account’s engagement score suddenly spike? What’s the narrative behind a lead’s journey from anonymous visitor to MQL? Traditional BI tools hit a wall when faced with unstructured, qualitative data—the rich context locked away in content titles, page URLs, and behavioral sequences. Trying to analyze this story at scale is a manual, time-consuming nightmare, if it’s possible at all.
Introducing Ask Cal Push to Lists: Your AI Data-Enrichment Engine for Analytics
It’s time to break through that wall. We’re excited to unveil Ask Cal Push to Lists, a revolutionary feature designed to transform your messy, qualitative marketing data into clean, structured outputs ready for deep analysis in your favorite BI tool.
This isn’t just another data connector. It’s an intelligence layer that sits between your CaliberMind unified data and your analytics platform, using the power of Google’s Vertex AI to do the heavy lifting of interpretation and summarization.
From Complex Journeys to Crystal-Clear Insights
With Ask Cal Push to Lists, you can move beyond simple counts and scores to visualize the story behind your data. Imagine enriching your BI reports with AI-generated insights to:
- Visualize Qualitative Trends: Create a list of all “Closed-Won” opportunities from the last quarter. Ask Cal to analyze their consumption history and output the “Primary Purchase Driver” for each. Push this new, structured field to your BI tool to build a chart revealing the top reasons customers are buying.
- Tell the Story Behind the Score: For every contact that becomes an MQL, automatically generate an AI-powered “Buyer Journey Summary.” Feed this rich text field into your Tableau or Power BI report. Now, when you drill down into a lead, you see a concise narrative explaining how they got there, right next to their MQL score.
- Categorize Intent at Scale: Identify every account showing “surging” intent. Ask Cal to analyze their web activity and classify their behavior into categories like “Pricing Investigation,” “Competitor Comparison,” or “Integration Research.” Now you can build dashboards that don’t just show who is surging, but what they are surging about.
How It Works: Turning Raw Data into BI-Ready Gold
The process is designed for marketers and analysts, not data scientists.
- Select Your Data Model: Choose any list or segment in CaliberMind you want to analyze, like “High-Fit Accounts in Funnel” or “Recent MQLs.”
- Ask Your Analytical Question: Use the intuitive prompt builder to ask Cal to interpret the data. For example, “Summarize the key topics of interest for this company based on their website visits,” or “Classify this lead’s primary pain point.”
- Generate Your Enriched Dataset: CaliberMind uses AI to process each record in your list and generate a new, structured column with the answers. This enriched list is now ready to be synced directly to your BI tool or data warehouse.
Build the Dashboards You’ve Always Wanted
