Priority Channel Mapping: Smarter Credit for Offline & Online Journeys

We’re excited to introduce an update to Channel Assignment that gives B2B marketers and data analysts finer control over how multi-touch attribution credits offline versus online engagement.

What’s New

When prospects interact with both offline touchpoints (like attending an in-person trade show or field event) and online channels (like visiting a specific product landing page shortly after), assigning accurate revenue attribution can get tricky.

With this update, you can now explicitly mark specific campaigns as Offline Events directly within your Channel Assignment configuration. When enabled, CaliberMind will prioritize the Raw Channel over the Session Assigned Channel, ensuring your offline engagements get the primary credit they deserve—even if a digital session immediately follows.

Why It Matters

  • Accurate Event ROI: Eliminates false credit stealing by digital sessions when an offline touchpoint was the primary driver of engagement.
  • Streamlined Setup: Configurable directly within the CaliberMind platform—no custom backend work or complex data transformation required.
  • Richer Multi-Touch Insights: Gives revenue teams a truer representation of hybrid buyer journeys, leading to smarter budget allocation across field marketing and digital channels.

How to Get Started

  1. Navigate to Settings > Object Manager > Channels in your CaliberMind portal.
  2. Select or create the campaign rules you wish to classify as Offline touchpoints.
