Streamlining Your Workspace with Smarter Admin Settings
We are excited to introduce a refreshed layout for our Settings overview screen! We have reorganized key administrative functions into more logical, high-impact hubs to simplify your workflow.
By grouping related administrative features together, B2B marketing ops and data analytics teams can manage permissions, reporting dashboards, and data architecture more efficiently—saving time and ensuring tighter data governance.
What’s New and Why It Matters
Enhanced Access & Governance
The Access tile is now your centralized security hub, updated to include full Roles management alongside Users and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- What changed: We moved Groups and SFTP to areas better suited to their function.
- Why it matters: Safeguarding your revenue data is critical. Managing Users, cross-platform SSO, and functional permission roles in one place ensures bulletproof data governance across your organization.
Introducing Agent Cal
Our generative AI analytics assistant has a new home and a new name on your settings dashboard. Ask Cal is now officially Agent Cal.
- What changed: Look for the new dedicated Agent Cal tile on your settings grid.
- Why it matters: This evolution represents more than a name change—it reflects our ongoing commitment to deep, automated data discovery, allowing you to converse with your revenue data and surface attribution insights effortlessly.
Unified Dashboard Management
The Dashboards tile has been transformed into a unified workspace for internal report management.
- What changed: Groups (relocated from Access) and Widget Builder (integrated directly from its own standalone section) are now managed here.
- Why it matters: Building custom metrics and sharing them is now a single-step workflow. You can jump into the settings, create a tailored visualization via the custom widget manager, and instantly define which team groups have access to it.
Optimized Data & Ingestion Architecture
We’ve aligned our technical Data Warehouse settings with standard B2B data warehousing practices to keep your data pipelines clean.
- Object Manager Integration: Channel configurations have been relocated into the Object Manager tile. This ensures your marketing touchpoint mapping and revenue attribution models remain perfectly synced with your core data schemas and fields.
- Data Warehouse Consolidation: SFTP configurations have moved under the Data Warehouse tile, placing all backend data ingestion settings under a single umbrella.
Email Section
We’ve moved the Emails feature into Engagement as they are more closely related.
