The New Analyst Role can now self-serve on the following:

  • Custom Dashboard & Widget Creation: Analysts can build new visualizations and assemble custom dashboards from scratch, tailoring views for specific stakeholders without waiting on an Admin.
  • Granular Governance (Groups & Collections): Give Analysts the power to organize the workspace. They can manage Groups to ensure the right people see the right data and utilize Collections to curate dashboards into logical folders (e.g., “QBR Decks,” “Sales Leaderboards”).
  • Precision Filtering (Filter Sets & Filter Locks): Analysts can now create reusable Filter Sets to speed up analysis. Crucially, they can also apply Filter Locks, ensuring that when they share a dashboard, the data integrity remains intact and viewers cannot accidentally alter the scope of the report.
