Fiscal Calendar Configuration

We know how crucial accurate revenue tracking is, and that’s why we’ve built a Fiscal Calendar feature with maximum flexibility. This means it might take a few minutes to set up just right, but trust us, the granular control you’ll gain is worth it.

Think of it as customizing the engine for your revenue rocket. You’re in control!

Ready to unlock the power of precise fiscal year reporting? Follow the simple steps below to get your Fiscal Calendar configured and start seeing your data in a way that makes sense for your business.

And don’t worry, your existing hard work is safe! Important Note: Setting up this calendar won’t mess with any custom reports you’ve already created. You can continue using them alongside your newly configured Fiscal Calendar used for Analytics and Search Reports.

Ready to dive in and supercharge your reporting? Let’s do this!

  1. From the Home Page click the Settings cog in the left navigation (this is only available for admin users)

  2. Click the Fiscal Calendar section of the Settings navigation or follow the link here

  3. To start, click the Copy icon to select the date for your Fiscal Year to begin

  4. Select the month and date your Fiscal Year starts

  5. You’ll now see a Fiscal Calendar based on the start date you selected and new months starting on the same date. If you need to change this due to irregular months just click the pencil icon to update the months needed

  6. Select the date that the month selected should start

  7. When you’re done, click the Save icon

  8. To configure the next year, or previous years, click the dropdown for the year of interest and follow the above steps to complete the configuration. We recommend configuring Last Year, This Year and Next Year. As time goes on you’ll want to remember to setup the next year as well.
