Monthly Active Rows (MAR)

Monthly Active Rows (MAR) are the total number of unique net-new or updated records that are synced or imported into CaliberMind within a given month. This includes all system connectors (CRM, MAP, Ad Platforms, etc.) and SFTP connections. Admin users can monitor MAR usage within the CaliberMind platform here.

A record that is created (net-new) or is updated in a given month is only counted once for that specific month for MAR purposes, regardless of how many times that record is updated within the given month.

Each month, the MAR calculations reset. If a record was imported/synced in a previous month and has not had any updates in the current month, it will not count towards the current month’s MAR. If a record was previously created or updated in a prior month and is updated in the current month, the record would have 1 MAR for the previous month and 1 MAR for the current month.

Ex: If 1,000 net-new records are created in a specific month, and an additional (pre-existing) 1,000 records are updated in the same month – this would would result in a calculated 2,000 MAR (regardless if the newly created records are then updated after creation during the same month, and regardless if the pre-existing records are updated one or more times).
