We are streamlining the CaliberMind user interface to provide a more organized and customizable reporting experience. The standard Analytics reports (including Ad Performance, Attribution, Engagement, Funnels, and ROI) are moving from the main left-hand navigation bar into the Dashboards section.

This article outlines how to navigate the new experience and what these changes mean for Administrators versus Standard Users.
What Has Changed?
Previously, reports like Attribution, Ad Performance, and Engagement had their own dedicated tab in the left-hand navigation menu.
Moving forward:
- These reports are now located within the Dashboards tab.
- They are housed inside a new, default collection named Analytics.
- These reports are now treated as “Custom Dashboards,” granting users full edit capabilities (depending on permissions).
The 30-Day Transition Period
To assist with this transition, if a user clicks the old “Analytics” tab in the left navigation during the first 30 days of this release, they will be automatically redirected to the new Analytics Dashboard Collection. After 30 days, the old navigation link will be removed.
Impact on All Users
1. How to Access Your Reports
To find your standard reports:
- Hover over the Dashboards icon (the four squares) in the left navigation rail.
- Select Dashboards.
- Click into the Analytics Collection to view your reports.
- Note: If your Administrator has customized your setup, these dashboards may appear under “All” or within different custom collections.
2. Updating Your Bookmarks
- Browser Bookmarks: If you have saved specific dashboards (e.g., “Attribution Overview”) as a bookmark in your web browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge), these links will break. You must navigate to the new location and create a new bookmark.
- CaliberMind Quick Links: If you have saved these dashboards to the Quick Links section on your CaliberMind Home Page, these will automatically redirect to the new location. No action is required.
3. Your Filters Are Safe
Any saved filter settings you previously applied to your Analytics dashboards have been migrated to the new location automatically.
Impact on Admin Users
For Administrators, this update unlocks new governance and customization capabilities. Because these reports are now treated as Custom Dashboards, you have full control over who sees them and how they are organized.
1. Default Access Behavior
If you take no action, all users will be able to access the Analytics dashboards within the “Analytics” collection by default.
2. Restricting & Managing Access
Admins now have the ability to restrict access to these dashboards based on Role or Group.
- Assigning Roles: You can restrict a dashboard so that only specific roles (e.g., “Admin” or “Analyst”) can view it.
- Assigning Groups: You can create specific user Groups (e.g., “Executive Team,” “Campaign Managers”) and assign dashboards to those groups for granular access control.
3. Customizing Collections
Admins can move these dashboards out of the default “Analytics” collection and into other custom collections to better fit your organization’s workflow (e.g., moving the “ROI” dashboard into an “Executive Reporting” collection).
