Data Deletion & Privacy Requests

CaliberMind recognizes that many customers have obligations under data privacy and protection laws to honor individual rights to deletion or erasure of personal information.

What to include in your request

For the fastest resolution, provide the information most likely to exist in your data.

Requests fall into two categories:

  • Account deletion requests require: Account ID, Account Name, and/or Account Website/Domain.
  • Person deletion requests require: Lead/Contact CRM Redord ID or Salesforce ID, email address or email domain, and/or IP address.

For example, if you request deletion of all data related to xyz.com, CaliberMind will remove all accounts with that website, all people associated with that domain (by website or email address), and all related activity records.

Scope of deletion

Deletions can apply to specific tables, files, or data feeds. If you’re unsure which tables are in scope, your CS rep can help identify them. Common PII subject to deletion requests includes IP addresses, email addresses, and other personal identifiers.

Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs)

If you have a DSAR requirement beyond deletion — such as a request to access or export personal data — please include that in your request and we will handle it accordingly.
