When logging into CaliberMind as a new user, you will be set to the default user role as set by your administrator. Note that if your default is set to “disabled,” then you’ll need to be activated by your administrator.

CaliberMind requires zero installation! If you have Google, Salesforce, or Microsoft account credentials, then you’re all set!

Simply go to https://my.calibermind.com/login and click one account to login by the following 3 options:

  • ‘Sign in with Google’
  • ‘Sign in with Microsoft Account’
  • ‘Sign in with Salesforce’
Logging into via Salesforce requires that you have a verified email address within Salesforce. This is for security reasons and protects both parties from malicious activity by way of the user’s Salesforce account. Here is a Salesforce KB article explaining how to verify an email address in your Salesforce Settings.

As of September 2025, Salesforce has made updates that prevent users from authorizing uninstalled apps. To resolve this, install the connected app in Salesforce for CaliberMind by following these steps:

    • Go to SFDC Org Setup >> Connected App 0Auth usage
    • Search for the CaliberMind 0Auth2 app
    • Click Install button and then authenticate and install the app
    • Configure which users can access the connected app
