What’s New? Building on our robust unified data model, we’ve supercharged your custom fields with advanced filtering capabilities in Analytics and Search Reporting. But that’s not all – we’re taking it to the next level by introducing custom field grouping, giving you unprecedented flexibility in how you visualize your data. You can now pivot our in-app charts and tables by your custom columns.
Why does this matter? Gone are the days of rigid reporting structures. With just a single click, you can now seamlessly integrate your custom data into our standard reports. This means faster insights, better visibility, and complete control over how you analyze your unique business metrics. Some competitors would require you to create all new dashboards in order to support these new columns. With CaliberMind the structure exists so that adding a new column in a single place propagates that new column to all of our Analytics and Search reporting.
Add/Modify Custom Columns in Object Manager:
Custom columns can be enabled by Admins in your Object Manager. You can create a ‘friendly’ label for the column name that is more accessible for users (For example, the field abm_status_c can be renamed as Company – ABM Status).

Change Group by in Analytics and Search Reports:
Once your custom column has been enabled, you will then see those options available on any widget that allows a Group By feature so you can use custom parameters to group your data.
