How to Connect: Slack

Important: Once enabled, this feature will be available for all Slack users within your organization.

The CaliberMind Slack Integration allows all users with access to Slack to type a simple phrase and receive an AI generated Engagement Summary for a chosen company.

Slack phrase:

/calibermind company <Company Name or Company ID>

In order to utilize this feature, a Slack Admin will need to complete the CaliberMind → Slack integration.

  1. In the Admin section of CaliberMind, click the Create Push Connector button in the Connectors section of the left navigation.
  2. Click the Add Connector button for the Slack Connector.
  3. Enter the Slack Connector Name, we recommend using <Company Name> – Slack.
  4. Click ‘Authorize’ and follow the prompts from Slack to enable the connector
  5. That’s it! You have now successfully completed the CaliberMind –> Slack integration. For more details on how to use the AI Company Engagement Summary in Slack, read this article.
