To provide visibility into which of your organization’s connectors are driving the most data usage, we’ve created the Data Usage Overview report. You can now view data usage at the connector and table level and project your usage for the month. If your account is over your purchased plan limit, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager for assistance. Here is additional information about how usage (specifically Monthly Active Rows) are calculated.
Here’s how you can view the report:
- From the Home Page, Admins can navigate to the Settings area by clicking on the cog icon:
- Expand the Connectors section:
- Click the Usage navigation and you will see the Summary page:
Summary Page
The Summary page shows you how much data has been synced from each of your existing connectors over time:
Month to Date Tab
The Month to Date tab shows you how much data you are projected to use based on your current month to date usage:
Details Tab
The Details tab allows you to see which specific tables are syncing the most data. This can be used to troubleshoot issues. While you can reach this tab on it’s own, you will need to select a Connector from the drawer. You can also link to this tab from the Summary page.
