Default ABM Scoring Logic

Scoring can help in understanding and tracking engagement, but first we need to understand the default scoring logic applied in CaliberMind.

Overview

  • Pulling person, company, and related event information to score a variety of events that have occurred to help understand engagement
  • Scoring is determined using the weights and accelerators below (e.g. when an event type of ‘Meeting’ and Event Class does not start with ‘Opp’ where the event occurs with a CXO, it would gain 5 points x 2 points (for job level of CXO)
  • Multiple lookback options for events: 30, 60, 90, 180, and 365 days
  • All interesting events such as Email Clicks, Outreach Responses, and webpage visits are flagged in CaliberMind as Inbound out of the box. So by default would get 1 point based on the below logic.**

Weights

  • 5 points

Event Type contains ‘meeting’ and event class not like ‘Opp’

  • 3 points

Event Type contains ‘Tradeshow’ and Event Class starts with ‘Inbound’

  • 2 points

Event Type contains ‘Content’ and Event Class starts with ‘Inbound’

Event Type contains ‘Visit’ and Event Class starts with ‘Inbound’

  • 1.5 points

Event Type contains ‘Click’ and Event Class starts with ‘Inbound’

  • 1 point**

Event Class starts with ‘Inbound’ and Event Type does not contain ‘Open’

  • .5 point

Event Type contains ‘Advert’ and Event Class starts with ‘Inbound’

Event Type contains ‘PPC’ and Event Class starts with ‘Inbound’

Accelerators (multipliers)

  • Job level in (‘CXO’, ‘VP’) = 2
  • Job level is ‘Director’ = 1.5
